Modeled a carrot to throw at the MEGA PIG in addition to the tomato.

Here is the carrot in action.

Made some start screen and settings screen improvements. Added Tab key as a way to activate the settings menu because the Escape key takes mouse focus and switches full screen mode in the WebGL build.
